It is also the responsibility of the user to know who they are buying or selling to e.g. whether or not they are students at their university. We are not responsible for lost data due to failure in our servers. Your personal data will remain with us and will not be passed on to 3rd parties for any sort of promotional services. In the case of a court requesting your personal information we may pass it on. Users will be notified regarding this. We will protect your information by using technical and administrative security measures (e.g. firewalls, data encryption and physical and administrative access controls to the data and servers) that limit the risk of loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, and alteration. Nevertheless, if you believe your account has been abused, please contact us directly through the app or on our website. We retain personal information no longer than is legally permissible and delete personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purposes as described above. 3. Prohibited and Restricted Items The following Items and Services are prohibited from being listed/posted on UnItrade:  Tobacco (also tobacco related items, collectables are accepted)  Drugs (including but not limited to illegal and prescribed drugs)  Items that “promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual or religious  Bootleg Recording (unofficial recording not released by artist)  Firearms & Ammunition (Including parts that could be used to assemble firearms)  Police & Emergency service vehicle warning Equipment  Used or soiled underwear  Forged, Illegal, stolen or confidential documents (including but not limited to  Real human body parts, organs or remains  Live animals  Certain copy written works or trademarked items  Lottery tickets, sweepstake tickets or any other gambling items (or relating to)  Military hardware e.g. weapons or explosives with the exception of demilitarised intolerance, or promote organisations with such views”) passports, drivers licence, birth certificate, school documents)  Enriched uranium, plutonium or other fissile materials  All types of sexual orientated material e.g. adult and child porn, materials deemed obscene e.g. but not limited to bestiality, necrophilia, rape, coprophilia and incest, sex toys, Services including any sexual activity, links to sites that contain prohibited items, any digital adult products.  Ivory products  Knives (excluding some cutlery as set)  Fortune-telling & witchcraft-related services  Souls, ghosts and other “items whose existence cannot be verified” are prohibited. This excludes religious materials like books. Failure to comply with this will result in the termination of your account and future accounts you may want to register.
